Shelby's 16 week TRANSFORMATION

Shelby achieved this transformation by just implementing lifestyle changes. Her goal was simply to lose weight and live a healthier life. When beginning she did not want to use a weight training program.  All changes made were due to the lifestyle changes and the accountability and structure of having a coach. Now, Shelby is doing another 12 week program including weight training to push her progress even farther than before. Be on the lookout for her transformation to go to an even further level.

Ryan AFTER only 24 WEEKS!

Ryan had been looking to gain weight but never could. With his "FAST METABOLISM" and "EATING 5,000 CALORIES" he felt it was impossible to gain weight.  After re-shaping his entire lifestyle, Ryan learned how to change his diet and make the right decisions.  With this he learned how to properly track his calories and be in a caloric surplus. After a total of 24 weeks, Ryan was able to achieve his goal of 160lb while still being extremely lean.

Dawson is a college football player who was looking to gain weight in the offseason.  He was 6'3 180lb and after 16 weeks he put on 15 pounds while staying fast and athletic.  From what felt to be impossible to gain weight, to reaching his goals and being the heaviest he has ever been.
